A great idea, way ahead of it's time.
Where I have lived, up north there was always a good bicycle path established. In the south, not so much, or not at all like Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Sidewalks are better than nothing....

I'd pay 10 cents to ride that! I wonder if it would have had a speed limit? I can imagine blazing speed on a boardtrack bike going all out on the bicycle super highway. :mrgreen:
