Here's one just finished over the weekend. Slightly modified 1939 Harvard Deluxe Motobike. Came with original fenders that were very very rusty, but the frame, fork, and rims were pretty nice after some work.
Had these stainless "raingutter" fenders in the shop and thought they'd look good with the Indian Red paint and cream Franks...think it came out pretty nice!
It's a Snyder-built frame badged as Harvard DeLuxe. Same "fastback" frame as the Hawthorne bikes; not sure if any of the Wards bikes came with this fork.
They came with lots of different badges: Rollfast, American Flyer, Peerless, many others.
My broader question is, do you typically need to replace your rims if you want to use ISO 559 tires? I always assumed that these older bikes (like British 3-speeds, which I'm more accustomed to) used 26 x 1-3/8 (EA3 or S-6) which are definitely not compatible.
