Here I go. 24" Schwinn frame, Hawthorne fork, 24" Tuff Wheels, front disc and a banana seat.

Worked on the Flash-o-matic tonight. Gave up on the Tuff Wheel idea. 24" in the back w/ a 3 speed hub and a 26" in the front. Need taller bars.

Really nice start. Maybe I'll get ideas for my next project. Cool. What year & state is the 4h 48 38 tag on the wall?
 
Wonder how much would cost me to send you some local plates to add on your collection? They would be very far from home, pretty unique...

I originally wanted to run a freewheel rear for the front so I could use a disc brake set up I have with a screw on disc adapter. The front forks are way to narrow and without machining some spacers and stepped bolts to move the forks out wider it would not work.
