i think i'm gonna make the deadline! BUT..... the tandem won't be ready for midnight mass with the PoorBoys (and karfer's sweet trophy!)

after numerous attempts to devise a "skin" for the bikes cooler, i finally found a winner! in the trash today at work i found an old microwave. bear with me...... it had a thin metal "shell" on 3 sides of it that worked perfectly! what attracted me to it were the louvers in the side (i'll save those for a different build :wink: ) 1/2 an hour and a pair of tin snips did the trick!
i'll just have to paint it now :mrgreen:
the cooler will hold fresh ice and a pair of Cokes in the glass bottle. to go with the Coke, i used a little rum bottle for a shifter (Sailor Jerry of course :wink: :mrgreen: )
and if i want to switch the coolers' contents to Coronas..... i can switch the shifter to a tequila bottle :mrgreen:
