I haven’t rode it in a while so I thought I’d change it up a little. I had some heavy duty wheels from Chuck and set of knobby white walls. Plan is to try out some other black parts on it. Also thinking about going with a three piece bb conversion.

I'll give you a "like" for the name, alone. These tires fit the theme much better than the cremes did.

I was planning on using the yst bottom bracket. What cranks did you use?

My wife's bike had an old Sugino GP crankset that I swiped for my bike, just changed the chain wheel to a 42, and put the new crankset on hers I bought with the conversion bb set on from Niagara cycle pretty cheap. There are sealed bearing sets that are better but even the basic like this is a step up from the old one piece.
I hear Niagara went out of business. bummer.

Thanks @Wildcat I have several sets of sugino cranks on ebay that I've been watching and trying to make a decision on! That's too bad about Niagra.

Bike is sweet!
With those whitewalls and upholstered saddle it looks more ‘private beach strandie’ to me.
But then again, I love the beach more than the woods (grew up there, just like sand and sun better).

On any case, it truly is an awesome ride!
