A mid 50's Rollfast!
With a Bendix manual 2 speed rear hub. It looks all there also, it should clean up nicely, although there are some experts who will say to not touch the original dirt on it. I would shine it up though.

It may be a Hawthorne, same bike. Made by Snyder. The only difference would be the head badge and I think they both had the mounting rivets in the same place. I looked to see if an outline of the badge showed on the headtube, didn't notice anything. Replacement chain guard so no name there either. Maybe it was repainted some time ago.

The rear hub seems to be stuck in neutral so I’ll have to figure that out and look for a new cable. Front fork is bent slightly too, I’ve just always wanted a bike with a tank still on it

I zoomed in and I think the original graphics on the tank show through.

The rear hub may need some light oil to get everything moving again. I take out the little chain and squirt light oil right in the axle and let in soak in the insides of the hub. It might need an overhaul, complete cleaning and regrease and lube.
I use this Bendix page for reference:

If it is a Snyder it would have this brake bridge and the welds on the BB would look like this they call them volcano welds. Those 2 speeds are not that complicated to clean up if you need to open it up.

I’m sure I can figure out the hub, I was just curious as too what it was. I’ve been looking for a men’s bike to put a set of 700c wheels on but may leave this one original

I would agree with Wildcat that it is Snyder built. Could have been badged Rollfast or Hawthorne(Monkey Wards). The striping pattern that is showing through on the tank looks similar to some of the Hawthorne paint schemes. So you probably have a Snyder built Hawthorne.

Also this seatstay transition is classic Snyder of that era too.

I always look to the dropouts first, and only these Snyders of the early 50's and onward have the slotted holes for fender braces. Then the chain wheel and other things help narrow it down.
There may be old batteries in the tank that need to come out because of corrosion , but you have the horn unit so that's a big plus. 2 D batteries.

Most of the pics will show the deluxe versions, with the springer fork. I think the bracket at the crown is for a headlight. Here's a CWC Hawthorne that has a bracket there.

Check your bottom bracket for a set of numbers. Around 1940- 58, they put a reverse year code and sequence number under there. 75 would be a 1957 bike. EH or SN is where it was built. Here's what my 42 Snyder looked like:
