That's what I've read also. Both factories made the same Rollfast and Hawthorne frames from what I've seen. Here's a 1941 Rollfast number, note the dash in the middle, a little different than the EH number. The 1 looks like the mark on yours.

The facts that it has a curved downtube and rear facing dropouts confirms it's a 40's bike, so 41 sounds about right. And it's a complete bike, congrats.
