I don't think this chainguard graphics and long fork darts were around till that time. If i am correct they were present that way from 59 till 61.

Changed out the handlebars. After riding a bit turns out I don't have the shoulder to have them up.

I paid I think 75 for mine then a long 2 1/5 hour trip through Montreal to get there and find out bike was pretty roached. Schwinn is so hard to find here in Canada.
