I got a caustic soda burn on my foot at work. (I'll save you the photos) so last week working on the bikes has been difficult so doing stuff I can sitting down. Polished my stem
Not perfect but I can see myself.Hopeing by the weekend I'll be more mobile.

I was determined to ride this today and I did
Mismatched tires till my spokes came in need to get a different handlebar to fit in stem. But I took it off rode

Found these in can't figure out how they got there need to go back with tools there's a a headlight I want.

If that's Guindon, I think it was from before the dam was built. Used to be farmers' fields out there. Super jealous of the bike and the ride!
 
Always great to see an ORBO build out in the wild! How's the gearing? Looks like a 46 or 48T chain ring and maybe a 19T rear cog. That's pretty hefty. But then I have to remind myself that not everyone on RRB is as ancient as I am. :grin:

42 the rear wheel isn't staying waiting for spokes. . I don't mind hefty I bike 12 km (7 miles) to and from work every day. Plus just cruising. .my summer build off bike has over 2000 km (1200 plus miles). Don't drive a car.

Tricky part drawing the leather you want extra but not to much or it harder to work with

Soak in warm water this leather was thicker so a longer about an hour

Press it the mold work and pull it then wrap it up really tight I used packing tape now to wait till dry.
