So then with May still a little ways out, what's everyone thinking for the summer build? Are you going class 1, class 2, both? How's your design or base concept developing?
I want to hop in the BO train this summer, however we will see if i have enough time and money to attend class 2 or even both. I missed the summer BO last year and it was sad, so i don't want to make the same mistake this year :)

Always look forward to your stuff, especially if it's class 2!

I've still got a few bikes that would make good Class 1 builds, like my Columbia/Western Flyer Newsboy Special Bad News, but what I'd really love to try for this year's Build Off is to step further outside my comfort zone than usual and build something for Class 2. I've been sketching and doodling a bunch of ideas for different bikes I'd like to build, but I haven't decided what bike I want to build for this year's main event just yet.

Probably very difficult to find. One good pothole & those front forks would be history.
The straight is actually harder to find. Those forks were pretty solid most parts of Canada had no paved roads till the late 50s.

No idea due to tariffs I'm guessing they rolled there own or imported it from England.
