Canadian downhill, apparently these were kits, just add your own garage sale ski. No I do not ride it.View attachment 211122
That's what we did back in Switzerland when I was in my teens. We used skateboard axles to mount the skis to the bike.
And we did this with bikes and scooters... Big fun!!!
 
WOW, Have not seen or touched snow for almost 30yrs, Great thread! unfortunately all I can contribute is I can wear shorts n T shirt all year round, for about 5-6 weeks in the dead of winter I may wear track pants or jeans early and late but during the day ya back in shorts! but dont worry, when it rains in brisbane it actually POURS, and things get flooded and washed away!, we survive and carry on, just like some parts of the states, crippled by snow and blizzards but you guys just cop it and carry on LOL.
 
I should say, your pics are inspiring! Look great! I prefer cycling when it is warm outside, but maybe I should consider buying a snow bike.
