I'm not a fan of those forks either as a few of my bikes have them too. I wouldn't fit a springer. Every springer fork I've had on a bike is now sitting on the shelf!

You're a step ahead of me again, boss. I was just looking at that "Trail Glide" fork I'm always blabbering about, it's too big in the steerer, so I assume the duck's is 1". Is there a standard cruiser length? If so, it's that lol
 
This is what Is what is on now, found them in the trash last month on an old Canadian Tire bike.

A lot more room to operate, a lot more control over the wheel. Will be testing them out for the next few miles, but I have options. I'm starting with the most sweep and rise.

You're the third person to say that in the last day. I'm starting to agree. It definitely needs something, that Norco feels like a child's seat. I almost put that black and white trash you gave me on yesterday, but it was just too ugly, even for me. New shoes are next though

I have a hard time with a big seat the brooks will ruin all other seats for you
