The card in the spokes reminds me of when I was a kid we would use a clothespin to attach a card to a fender bracket. The sound was pretty cool. And if you could attach a balloon to the bracket, that made really cool sounds, but didn't last long!
Might want to get some nuts to tighten up on both sides of that turnbuckle. Otherwise, I’ll bet it will that will a little bit of vibration, and the turnbuckle will loosen on its own....maybe break. I learned this by using turnbuckles on the wires to keep my new trees from blowing over with...
I've used aluminum foil and wd-40 to effectively remove rust like this off chrome. Might want to try it. Take the aluminum foil and crunch it up is almost a ball and spray the wd on the chrome. Rub away the rust.
