    Headlight idea...

Thanks October! Went to my local Target and bought four of these. I plan to use them on my bikes and at home. These have that old vintage look with the new guts. I like them!

    Feedback on good repair stands

I have one of these. Works for some jobs, but has limitations. Didn't work well for my ladies bikes. Improvised.Had to use bungee chords. I am currently looking for a Park for full rotation.

    Questions on changing handlebar grips

I have always found that a fondu set of forks and WD-40 works best! They go in, spray, move around, spray again. I use them on all my grips. Old and new. Fondu all the way!

    RAT ROD'S ELGIN

I just bought one of these forks for $25. I also have a "very rusted out" Road Master. The Road Master standed out. So what do I have? I will be using mine soon.

    Pulled out of a ravine

Reminds me of a place in SoCal. Called Cadillac Hill. Old stripped cars and other metal sorts. Rumor had it that the first car rolled down the hill was a Cadillac. Hence the name. Maybe I should go back and look for old bikes. Thanks for the memories.
