where did you get the front fork system from and how to convert

No, nobody is selling this bike, so I am thinking about building one, use a Felt Deep 6 and convert to look like a Felt Hot Wheel 68, close as possible.

I need a little help to make a Felt Deep 6 into a Felt Hot Wheels 68, disc brakes, internal 3 speed, triple tree front end, hubs and hot wheels seat. Any help would be grateful, thank you. John
