    Salad, yes and my morning oatmeal combo I've lost 12 lbs since Feb. But even if I get to 199lb ( my target ) That may be heavy enough to bend some of the less stout lay back posts.     I have a Schwinn Cruiser six frame that I turned into a clunker/commuter. Problem is, I keep bending seat posts. First one was straight, next one was lay back. I'm about 215lbs plus or minus and about 6'2" so I run the post tall. Should I make a solid post from aluminum bar stock? These frames...

    How? Bottom Bracket - Old bike / New Crank

    Well I bought a Truvative BB conversion kit and if I had not had a lathe at work to skim off about .020 off the cups I could have NEVER pressed the cups into the frame. I will use the Tioga kit from now on.......Ride hard dudes!!!!

    bolt on handlebar cross bars

    Anybody know where you can find bolt on handle bar crossbars like some clunkers style bikes use, making a 5"or 6"rise bar look more like a BMX bar(more so if you add a pad)? Thanks dudes.
