Its a standard rear motor with a 7 speed freewheel 135 mm. I had to do some clever spacing with the torque arm and washers to space it right. And there are no threads coming out of the tightened axle. Its real close but will work the hard part is finding the bracket for the dusc caliper to fit...
Also if you change rear disc to anything bigger than stock make sure to check brake disc caliper bolts frequently because the extra weight and speed the bike achieves puts more stress on it.
. Asap change the tires. For street riding more get vee rubber speedster, if you do more off road go with the vee rubber vee 8. You will lose 10 lbs just changing tires. Other than that really nice build i might try a mid drive build soon.
make sure that the bb is 100 mm because the mongoose beast is about 115mm I had to space it real far out on the non drive side. I recommend getting a raceface turbine crank with a xtype bottom bracket shell.

sorry it took me so long to reply. the battery set up is (2) 36 volt limno2 10 ah($450)each run in series to make it 72 volts. the motor is a 5305r from the electric rider 7240 kit(400ish). and the controller is a lyen 18 fet overclocked controller(209) plus throttle(25) and brakes(25)
Local and state laws apply in certain areas, but as long as you dont go on streets over 35 mph. They consider it still a bike. Batteries are limno 10ah electric rider brand 36 volts. Running in series. Set controller to only run 8 amps. On the street but on offroad its limitless.the motor is a...
