Thanks for the advise. NY City, probably staying Manhattan. I'll check out those shops before I come over. Slight change of plan, my other half has booked Oxford for the next Hol in October, so it'll be next year now......

i may be coming to NY from the UK and would like to the possibility of getting a 50's frame and springer forks, as they're near impossible to get here. Can anyone recommend a shop I can start talking to in NY that may be right for what I'm after? Cheers.....

it's difficult getting nice stuff here, so I've improvised. Built for the Clunker Classic, a down hill race, for anything except MTBs......

Hi Cruiser frames aren't really plentiful here, but I have got one to start with... This is my commuter, until the cruiser is built.............

I'm coming over to the States in August. I'm after a cruiser frame and forks, aiming for minimilist big tyres / board racer look. Can anyone recommend anywhere in Santa Monica that sells vintage frames. As it's really difficult to get stuff here.........
