    1st build frame up

Now I have to figure the best way to build the box to also include the controller. Want to have clean lines

    1st build frame up

Well I hit a snag. The battery is too heavy for the box. So I will be mounting it on the frame.

    Custom hub and sprocket

Just trying think of a set on a custom ebike.

New member looking for ideas. How would you convert my custom frame to electric?

Had to raise up the seat and handle bars. I stand 6'3". Hard to find the frames I need for my long legs.

    1st build frame up

Been working on this off and on. Biggest problem other than money is doing it in a 2nd floor apartment with no elevator. Urgh.. This is a Migargi frame with a 1500w hub motor laced into a 24 x 4.5 wheel. The front is a 26 x 3. There is a 203mm front rotor and a cable actuated hyd brake. One side...

Electric hub motor with five gear cassette

Could also look at the Bafang mid drive. Have what ever gear ratio without too much trouble. Just be careful, the torque can be brutal on you drivetrain.

    Free "50s" parts in Vermont

I wish I had a garage to work out of. Would buy the lot. See many potentials.

    Motorcycle-style headlight, anyone?

Better shot. 2nd-floor Apartment got to work with the space I have. Side boxes have a battery in one and a controller in the other, with storage space to spare.

    Motorcycle-style headlight, anyone?

Another thought is to get a separate 12v battery setup for the lights. This is what I am going to do.

fenders mounted with triple tree fork

Bike build is getting there, just struggling with where to put it once done. Live in a 2nd floor apt, not a house.

    Gravel bikes

Got ahold of a Scott AT4-Pro handlebar, and figured I needed to build a bike around it. Yes a Chinese frame, but cheaper than anywhere else. Got great plans, just need the money.

    Gravel bikes

Looks good. Going to be building one myself. As soon as I can afford the frame.
