Used my band saw to cut the tire because it has a wire bead. Using regular scissor, I cut the tire. The scissors cut through easily. Drilled some holes for the tie wraps.

Upgraded my brake shoes to some Kool Stop Supra 2's. They are very grippy, I can now easily skid the tires. The extra braking power is so good that the attachment bolt is being bent from the extra forces. The slot in the Tektro Dual Pivot brakes that I installed is long enough that I was able...
