I gussied up the bike tonight for a group night ride with a bunch of friends. Had a great time and got to see downtown Kalamazoo after dark. We had bikes from three different decades in the group!
Thanks! If the paint ever arrives, I still want to paint it. It won't last long in raw steel with this Michigan weather. I can't put it in my garage/shop because it's too long to store hung up on the wall. I've only got 10 ft ceilings and the bike is 11 ft long
The final photo of this bike, before I broke it down for paint. I still want to fully paint it, but it's a matter of IF the paint ever shows up. Can't even get a refund because it's still "in transit, close to being delivered"
Well, I wasn't able to paint her the way I wanted, but she's otherwise finished. Never could come up with a good name for this build. It sure is a crowd stopper, and at 11 feet long it's a great traffic stopper

Long time no see. It's been hotter than Alexandria Daddario in a swimsuit these last few weeks, and thanks to Canada it's been a smokey, hazy mess. Just broke the bike down for the final metal work and starting on primer. No pics yet, just a bunch of sanding and welding
