wanted to weld fender but i couldn't because it wouldn't fit down onto the tire. I had to make a bracket so it would bolt together and had to install fender and tire at the same time so it would go down on the tire, it took a few tries to get it centered right but not that bad.

it came with a bad bondo tank so I scraped that with a claw hammer.

found this one on craigslist for $10.00. It's a 1967 Schwinn stingray frame just asking for the Rat Rod treatment so it'll get it. I'm thinking - rebuild the front fork w/knobby tires front and back, single seat, and straight bars. I have these cheap purple rims off a china bike those are going...

OK here it is my first rat rod build, what a blast this was. 60ish 24" jc higgins frame w/ 26" mongoose mountain bike fork. found the seat at flea market. tires, rims, and pedals from 1966 sears donor bike. took a front and rear fender and put them together to make wrap around rear fender. old...

Moved back to NC from Sun Prairie about a 18 months ago. I loved it up there. Plan on a visit soon, maybe. Welcome
