I honestly have no idea on the paint at this stage. At first I was definitely painting the frame. But now I look at it and don't mind...

Hours of sanding later… The frame, forks and chain guard are in etch primer. The fender needs a couple of holes welded up then sanding...

Prepping the frame for primer. The citrus stripper did ok overnight but there was still quite a bit left. I burned out some of the worst...

I also seen where they take straws and split them, and put over the spokes, reuseable .......Curt

Liking the mods and look of this, GTH. Color scheme works as a flashy BMX for sure! Any thoughts to frame painting? Or maybe a clear...

Couple little jobs today. Found a pushrod for the shifter and installed it, also changed out the 22t sprocket for an 18t.

Bmx stem and Moto bars are a good combo here. Liking how this build is coming together

Tried on this wheelset, with 3 speed coaster out back. I'm liking it.

Finally got some time today, to weld the rear end back up. Added a peice of flat stock to bridge the gap, after opening up the chain...

After a massive clean up last Christmas, the only step through frame in my inventory is this Mixte. So putting the question out there...

Slow going over here. Found some 650 wheels and some take off tires I bought at some swapmeet but I didn't have any rim tape.

Ooooohhh! Ultra modern gears and retro look modern tires on that cool frame! Couple of points. Will that short cage rear der handle...
