    Tandem Chopper

    Thanks for the compliments! It seems my schedule got botched for 2 build offs... Should have saved this one for later, and should be building the other tandem that is stuck in my head. I've got a few 16" OCC's that need to be welded together, that would fit in well with the kids bike build...
