Howdy, A good friend recently gave me this bike and I'm trying to find a bit of back story about it. I know it's a CCM but I'm unsure of the vintage. As I understand it from a little research I've done, the chain ring suggests pre war while the CCM 37 stamp on the coaster suggest post 1937...

See a few posts about this possibly being a Raleigh. Is the jury still out on that? I only ask because as far as I can tell my buddy has the same frame sitting in his backyard right now. I dug it out of a scrap pile a while back as a possible restore for my wife. The one we found has a CCM head...
