    Thanks boys! Didn't like the way the plastic shroud looked over the CVT pulleys so I whipped up a aluminum diamond plate one this morning.

    What's up dudes... so I finally got the ol rat trap painted up... might powder coat it that purple later on... didn't feel like spending anymore money on it right now. Did a bunch of gussets for safety (check out the head tube).

    Some more updates... got the springer welded up... going to make some new triple clamps I think. Took it for a test run, the front end is super smooth now, I dig it! Foot pegs up next then it's just about done! Below, the holes allow me to adjust the leverage ratio:

    Thanks dude! I am super excited about how it has turned out so far. At first it was going to be a true motorized bicycle with pedals... but as you can see, it's gone much farther than that. I have significantly increased the strength of the frame. I plan to gusset it even more once I have it...

    Yeah 212cc with a CVT transmission, it moves to say the least. I am running a hydraulic disc brake in the rear, it's off of one of my old downhill mountain bikes. The rotor is 185mm, it stops the bike very quickly!
