Here is my original paint 1963 Cycle truck and my all original 1955, got them both in the same week

I picked this up yesterday, needs a little work. Looking for rear tail light, correct pedals, top part of seat with no tears and nice silver trim, and correct grips. How can I tell what year it is? I suspect its a 63 since it does not say JC Higgins. Thanks
