Thanks deorman. I figured out it's a giant built bike from September 1981. Soon to be a pile of parts.

Found this on craigslist. I was planing to scavenge some parts from it, but I want to know if it's worth anything whole before I do. It looks all original, even the tires say world tourist. The kid didn't have any pics and thought it was a mens bike. The price was right so I grabbed it anyway...
