Here's what I got on eBay. I ordered 2 kits for a total of 16 bike hangers came out to $76.70 for 16 hangers shipping included.
$76.16 ÷ 16 = $4.76 each
They even come with the screws and expanding plugs which I just used the screws and went into the wall studs. Do not skip the top screw as that holds most of the weight. Weight limit is about 50-75 lbs so I wouldn't try to hang a tandem or full dress tank bike on them but they work great for lighter weight bikes.

I know that if I go down to the Canadian Tire to grab those, they come out to about $20 a piece, so that's a heck of a deal.
