When I got that 90 old woman’s 60 year old girl’s Wayfairer bike, the tires looked like that as well. She must’ve let her grandkids ride the bicycle, and they skidded right through the cords. The tires were totally rotten too, like she put it away 30 years ago and never rode it again.
We have a populace of 90%+ of entitled rich folk. Kids are the same way. They don't care about nice things. Everything is replaceable to them so they abuse it and it winds up at the recycling drop off with tons of life left in it

Hmmmm. I've got plenty of tires, tubes, pedals, grips, better seat options

Just needs paint, maintenance and time applied properly

Maybe I could squeeze in another build off bike

Many parents today just buy the stuff and just take it back to the store for any sort of repairs. Their kids don’t grow up watching their father build or fix things like I did. My build off bike Outcast was one of 2 Chicago built Schwinns I bought from a 20 year old for just $60. He had no interest in fixing his grandparents bikes and couldn’t get rid of them quick enough.

Messing around with settings. I have to make a whole assortment of customized Xmas tree ornaments for someone so I need to dial in my stuff

I'm confused here. Is that a second, alternative bottom bracket directly below the seat? I love how the seat to primary bottom bracket distance has significant adjustability. It's nearly a once size fits all frame.
It's made from recycled bits and pieces. But it "could" be configured to run a secondary gear and snake the chainline around some

You're giving me some ideas for my trike project. I plan to do a wood bed floor wood stake sides, and possibly a wood faux tank.

My wife would love that organization. My parts stuffed in every dark corner of the apartment, back yard and Patio. Your system would make me a rockstar
Before we moved 1000+ miles I had an old evidence locker from a police department that I kept everything in. Inside each "locker" was stacked with the small plastic bins. Labeled and grouped

Gave it to my neighbor that built drag cars and told him to uphold my high standards 😂
