That's a Snyder made frame and fork. Probably a Rollfast or Hawthorne from the late 40's. The serial number will be on the BB and have a 2 digit reverse number for the year. 74 would be a 1947 bike. Here's an example:

Right on I'll check it out thanks for the info the guy I got it from said it was a Monark and that was it .appreciate the information though

Yeah shipping is a killer. From Fresno (Clovis) to OC and back is almost 8 hours in my truck (Probably. I haven’t been down there in 20 years) It costs over $25 an hour to operate. Over $200! Ooof! Frikking gasoline!

I’m definitely not bringing the Kawasaki across the grapevine in the winter. Otherwise I’d bungee that thing on the back and ride it up 99.

(Google says 3:45 from my house to Pomona.)

But if you’re willing to sell it that cheap I can see why you don’t want to bother with shipping it.

So do you think it's worth more than I'm Asking?

It’s impossible to say without seeing it in person. But generally speaking, I would pay more locally.

I know a guy that runs a Fresno bike shop but I don’t know him very well. He ships things up from Southern California. Maybe, for a fee, he can arrange someone to pick this up.

He gets in about 10am.

PHOooie! I am out of this already. ;(

I just showed this to my lovely wife, and asked her if she wanted to take her car to Southern California. She reminded me that I promised I would not build any more bicycles until I finished my car build.

And that was three bicycles ago.

Evidently, she thinks that even a frame counts as a complete bicycle. And she said that my promise not to build was also a promise not to buy.

But I’m sure you’ll get a nice price for this frame. She looks like a beauty.

.... that sucks man ... But you know what they say... Happy wife,.... No more bikes lol thanks anyways man
