Anyone out there makes custom sissy bars?

I used the talkest one I could find. My client is 6’7". I need more mounting points. Thanks.

go to your local salvage and buy the appropriate tubing. go to your local muffler shop and ask (pay) them to bend your tubing in the middle. take it home, measure twice, cut once. drill your own holes.
 
Hey man, Even if you are no longer searching, this is very close to make it yourself. Similar to what n0+4c|u3 said, pay a local commercial electrician to bend a stick of 1/2" emtfor you. There will be a couple unavoidable differences. Tubing & pipe (even cable & such) have minimum bend radii. 1/2" emt will bend to minimum 5" to 6" radius (10" to 12" diameter half-circle). 3/4" emt is an inch more, so you likely won't want that. Normal price for emt was only $3 retail, until the changes beginning 01 Jan 2021. Now the price is ridiculous.
