Not meant as a flame, but I don't understand why people willingly ride motorcycles with car tires. I get annoyed by the feel when a bike tire gets worn a little flat in the center, I can't imagine being on one that was flat across the entire thing.

Yeah - but the problem that they are trying to fix is that on those 2-plus litre, over 300kg bikes, the back tyre can be spent in under 2000km if you ride 'em hard. And they are REALLY expensive. Nobody buys a Vulcan for the sports-like handling anyhoo.

(And yes - we went Metric 50 years ago.) :)

Yeah... but there's a reason motorcycle tires wear faster than car tires. And I'm not talking "sports-like" handling, I'm talking about simply making it turn easily. The road is going to turn eventually.

Speaking of turns

I suppose it's my own fault for not spelling out B-I-C-Y-C-L-E
But there are quite a few threads here about motorcycles
> HERE < is a link to a very similar thread for MOTORCYLISTS

Holy smokes, I'm thinking at least one guy in your crew is pretty fast... Looks like good times
Matti is a beast. He consistently places in the top ten in Masters 60+ (Cat 1-4) races. I hate him. haha. This summer he's going to attempt the Great Divide Mountain Bike Ride.

I’m sorry I spoiled your fun bub.
It's not about the fun. I was just pointing you in the right direction since you repeatedly go off topic. Those motorcycles and the content deserve to be in the correct place for future refence. Then folks can easily go to the achieves and find what they're looking for. For anyone who's never searched there, the achieves have a wealth of information and ideas. Sadly, things get lost when they're buried in the pages of an unrelated topic.
