I have been working on this the last week. I had the bike previously assembled in a more traditional configuration but it just wasn’t growing on me. Had this Girvin ready for it and said to my self….hmmmm. Maybe I can get this to fit. I used a Tange MX sealed bearing headset but had to removed the threaded in order to get it to work with the threadless stem. After some sanding on the oscillating spindle sander it got it to fit nicely, Still a few changes to come. The last photo is the mock-up and final objective.
