That doesn't surprise me, bet you have a 20 in the seat post to. I wish I was that prepared I'm more likely to be caught on the trail trying to patch a tube with a leaf and mud and looking for a chipmunk with a phone.i rarely even think of water.

I patched a sidewall tear with American currency before. Lots of patch glue, a bill, duct tape, and luck

See I wouldn't have the currency on me mind you a Canadian bill may be cheaper than buying a patch kit

Also, you don't use super low pressure, preventing pinch flats was a big reason driving the switch to tubeless

With that classic Breezer frame, it'd be cool to run an old skool looking mtb tire combo. Horizontal block style rear for digging in and chevron style front for control and low rolling resistance.

I like the Capt's suggestion of Conti's, and another one would be the WTB brand. The Continental 'King' series would offer some options, or these WTB Velociraptors in the front and another WTB in the rear for traction and of course, the all important 'look'. :grin:

Im fairly new with this vintage mtb thing first real higher end bike I got was the Bertrand and it's was built specifically for a racer I remember being all confused as to why it had two different tires till @MattiThundrrr explained why it was like that
