Found the deepest rutted trail of my life

That one is nearly 26" deep, which is hard to believe, but I don't even understand how they can get this deep:

Erosion so bad that the bike is almost completely below ground level! Here's a picture I took, standing above the bike

Last night was the annual Light Ride in Berlin. It is usually connected to the Festival of Lights where you can admire beautiful projections on many iconic buildings of Berlin.
I featured again my IronPig with my little trailer in full nightly protest mode 🤘
My little one came with me and with the way to the starting point and back after the ride we had made around 52 kilometers last night when we came back shortly after midnight! So proud of my little one!

As a little special I had mounted to bike lights to the trailer, aiming at the flag. Like this you really could see it from far away. Here is some video footage a friend of mine took:

Hmm... This video format seems not to work here. I'll try again, when I'm back home Fixed!
And I got another pic from us on the road... 🤩

Took the Marinoni to Cape Cod for a vintage bike ride on the CCRT. When done with the planned ride, I had 44 miles, so I said my goodbyes and hopped back on the trail to make it 60 miles (actually 62.5) for my "ride your age ride", which I missed in September due to knee surgery. Great day.

Work & actual Life have been super busy lately & was able to squeeze in a much NEEDED Wellness Session. Luckily the friend that got me hooked on pump tracks was up for some fun at our favorite spot!! I've been riding my Redline when time allowed so decided to knock the dust off my DJ bike to work out the kinks.

Once again, a good bike ride hits the 'Reset' button....🤓

Today I scored a nice crank set for my Mixte Feelings build and decided to pick it up after work. As we still have no car a two hour round trip on the bike was up.
To make it fun I took The Wolverine for a spin. During the ride I crossed the Tempelhof airfield twice...

Riding in full airplane mode...🤘

And before I left the airfield I looked back and there was this huge full moon behind those tents...

Haro Vector VO
Bob Haro was the first to build freestyle bmx bikes. The V shape in the top tube was a signature design in the bmx bikes that got carried over to the mountain bikes.
The tires are pretty awful Specialized Nimbus Flak Jacket. heavy and slow.

I rode it up Mt Trashmore. Local "top" tourist attraction. The main road up is very dry and loose gravel so I rode on the dead grass by the road. No rain here since August 15. The single track down is about 50/50 dirt/gravel so that was just okay. A praying mantis landed on me while I was enjoying the view. Then on the trail to the Ely sign.

Picked up a fine score: four 20" Big Apples for 25.-€ (35 with the S-Bahn Ride factored in)
Now riding the S-Bahn back home...

Another utility ride today. I had to clean out some leftovers from the basement. The stuff that t was to big to go into the regular trash had to go to the recycling center.
The perfect job for the IronPig and my trustworthy trailer!

That's the load to carry
