I'm happy the 2.4 tires fit with no mods to the frame. I was going to build this bike for the build off, but I have something bigger in mind as seen in the pic.Looks beefy.

Cloudy so it was cooler out today. I didn't need to drop into first gear to get back home, 2nd is very low. The bike rides great!
It's even bigger now! One of my builds got the 26 x 2.4 wheelset, and it just sat in the corner. When the new 27.5 x 2.4 wheelset wouldn't fit the other builds, I tried them on CM and they barely fit. So it is as big as it's gonna get. I need to add rear brakes of some kind.
A lot can change in one day. Back to a big cruiser already. The 26 x 3.0 on 57mm rims fit the fork nicely and the one speed rear needs dropout extensions to work. I have a set from a previous build to try on there later.
I tried the dropout extensions and nope, tire still too wide. So I used 2.125 tires on the 57m rims and it's a basic one speed cruiser.
