Very unlikely. I think they were all Japanese, Norco didn't make a lot of bikes here, maybe a few really high end team models in the 90s

I have GOT to know more about that white-and-red quad-tube bike! That thing screams "POTENTIAL!" I could easily see it working as an art deco-inspired build like some of the early aluminum bikes of the 1930s!

An artist in the beach/fishing town of Porto Morelos, making and selling his art on the sidewalk. There was a black cat too, showing off its belly to the passers by in exchange for pets. You can see it on the deck just above the red crate, luring us in. Of course we indulged
