I did find a plate on the bottom and it looks like it is serial #2F2180K (but it is somewhat hard to read.)

I know the bike is a Western Flyer, but have no idea to the year, value, or missing parts. The seat is one I put on for the picture. I also think it is missing a horn / front light... I'd like to know what it is so I can finish completing the bike with a correct seat and other parts. Thank you!
