The white panels are just the mocked up body. It will be aluminum skinned with copper rivets. Upper curved portion door top up will be steel cut on cnc and painted bronze or black. Lower section ( wood in mockup ) will be ribbed , aluminum and either painted or raw. Not gonna mirror polish the...

Now to decide on white or black rims. The originals are white so I'm leaning toward a white three speed wheelset with Racey blackwall white letters. Black banana seat should work well , maybe a shorty 20 incher.

Still have filler panels , art work , handlebar and seat swap, chain re do and alot of odds and ends left but had to peek the satin black is in pretty nice shape , gonna clear coat it gloss all that's left is almost everything !

Went from brown paper to 1/8 inch whiteboard ( slick but easy to sand to fit right ). I'll either go to steel if I weld them in or to 3/8 hardwood if I copper tie them on. Thinking of copper strapping them on to avoid welding maybe.
