Thank you very much. Worked as a graphic designer and web developer. Way back before computers I created concept illustrations for engineering proposals. Did a fair share of exploded views for machine assemblies too. Metal work is a hobby but, I've been doing it for a while. Just over twelve...

Thanks. I think it's an artifact of OCD and the fear that I'm going to forget how I did something.

Seeing the design and fabrication magic you've been working I consider that high praise. Thank you.

Yeah, battling for control is never fun! I've got my fingers crossed.

Is it measure once and cut twice or cut twice and measure once? I can never remember ;)

I'm late to the show but, did anyone mention connecting something along these lines to the exhaust?

Awesome questions. To be honest I'm totally shooting in the dark on this one. I really don't know what kind of handling it will have. I'm hoping for something that is nimble without flop. Although nimble is relative I suppose. With that long of a wheelbase it will never be nimble. The amount of...

7 days - ish? Trying to fit this in between other home repair projects. Won't be painted for sure, not going to sweat details so much. Want something I can get some pedal time on to test the layout. It usually takes me a really long time to finish a build.

I can squeak in maybe seven days so lets give it a try. Ready, set, go... This isn't the bike I'm planning but it is the plan that led up to the planned bike. I'd been doing a few thumbnail sketches and started liking the idea of taking a classic design and doing an extreme stretch and lower...

BO15 a short "Sketchy" ride video.

Those curves are pretty tight... at least with a tubing roller. A plywood buck / bender might be easier? You know I’ll be watching. Tubing, I’d go with mild steel the same diameter as your top tube. I’ve had good results with .049” wall filled with sand (or salt) while bending.

Thanks! Hmmmmm :39: A chain guard wasn't something I had considered but I really like the idea... enough to do a virtual mock-up. Even though it needs tweaking I think there is definitely potential there. I enjoyed fabricating the seat pan and was kind of sorry to cover it up. Would be fun to...

Also want to throw a thanks out to @Chad T for the original inspiration of using modern components on a muscle bike.
