    SALTFATS

Awesome build! I love the lines on your bike. Looks like it was built with one thing in mind. Going fast! Now you need to put a big gear on the front, pump those tires up to max psi and go for some down hill runs!

HOTRODS & ART at Rockin' Jalopy's Motorama (Holland)

Some really great stuff! The artwork is outstanding. Looks like a really nice show. The Autorama here in Detroit is always way over crowded and not nearly as nice a venue.

    @@ Blackhawk @@ Phase 4 Speedo Score!!

Re: @@ Blackhawk Down@@.. One of my favorite frame designs. Chestnut hallow has a couple of tanks for that. One is missing the door and is almost affordable! The other is in mint condition, but is not a Elgin tank. I think it came from the Rollfast or Columbia version. The only difference...

    >>> Elgin Burrito Concept<<<

I will trade you my bent Elgin motorbike frame + cash for that one. That way you won't ruin a good frame and you still have a Elgin burrito.

A bunch of motorbikes and a Ford!

The lawnmower did was not included! I looked at 32 rails but they seem a lot more expensive to do. I need to get a good plan together before I start buying things and tearing things apart. I do have a all new un-assembled 383 stroker in my garage. It should make a little over 400 hp, so the...

Chop and channel! Floors are long gone. Debating about the frame. Stock or Z'd, lengthened or standard? I'm leaning towards Z'd and lengthened 3". How is your car coming along?

A bunch of motorbikes and a Ford!

First I need to apologize to Greystoke for not inviting him yesterday. I got a call from Lowell on Friday afternoon telling me he would be at the scrap yard on Saturday. I was supposed to work Saturday, but the weather was supposed to be nice (very uncommon this time of year in Mich) and this...

    Schwinn Sierra

Nice find! If you cut it up I would be interested in the rims. Are they 26X2.125 Ukai rims? I have been searching for one to match one I already have.

    Elgin motorbike made roadworthy.

I have a fender, but it is green. I have not made-up my mind if I want to use it or not. It belongs with another Elgin that was badly damaged in shipping.

    Elgin motorbike made roadworthy.

Yeah, the stem is a presta valve to start with, so it does not fit the hole very well. I was thinking of cutting a sharder valve stem out of a old tube and use it as a spacer. Not sure if the presta will fit inside though.

    Elgin motorbike made roadworthy.

It has the original 28" metal clad wood rims. Someone replaced some spokes before I bought it. The tires are very similar to the sew-up tires used on velodrome race bikes. Imagine a really tough inner tube with tread on the one side and you get the idea. They slip on pretty easy. The hard...
