Here's a pic of a 30s CCM Columbia that I did up hanging in somebody's man cave now Was saving it to use the parts on a Flyte but turned out too nice Have another one similar with a bad repaint that I will redo this summer.

Could not wait for build off built this for myself . Was not going to enter this year but then my fellow Canadians started talking CCM and I do have a 28 inch doublebar kicking around . Might change my mind as I was going to build it and sell it anyway.

I have also made a buck and molded a new one even cooked it in my bbq . You have to stretch them on as well . Brooks process is out there on line if you look for it. They use the same steam powered machine to stretch them that they used in the early 1900s More trouble than its worth but Brooks...

I have a Pugsly don't ride it much but think I will start as I need the exercise. Way more rolling resistance even on dry pavement than a regular bike or mountain bike . You are going to be peddling all the time and coasting very little . I also believe somebody also talked about breaking...

You could maybe cut a little off the bottom of the head tube on the frame and use that blade fork as well . Looks like it was close .

There should be a small screw with a point on the end where it mounts to the fork make sure it pierces the paint as that is your ground. oops just looked shouldn't matter with this single unit type . Also I have rejuvenated old dynamo lights by sticking a powerful magnet to them as sometimes...

Thanks Cap I gotta build a fully functioning good riding bike but one of my main riders is not so shiney . This is where the red seat ended up looks crusty but runs like a new bike don't think this one will get any new paint . I like it just the way it is .

Here it is the reason this bike is called Aardvark . Last year I named my bike Zen which put it at the very bottom of the voting list . I made a comment somewhere and Captain Awesome came back with you should name it Aardvark which would almost guarantee it would be the first bike on the list...

One of my favourite things in this build the chain guard . It almost didn't happen as I normally don't run them and this one was pretty beat up but it has such a cool shape and is now rock solid and tied in everything on the bike colour wise . I like how it's notched out where the tire is ...
