    My BFK

If you take the white relectors off, Some NOS reflectors would look great on this with the amber on the front and red on the back. Definitely dates a bike, if you look on my myspace page theres a pic of my amsterdam and my cruiser, both with nos reflectors. I get them from cycle analyst in...

    SNEEKI TIKI

I oftened wondered about taping off spokes to paint wheels would turn out, it looks great. The colors are great but I would be concerned about clearance and scuffing up those nice pedals. I once destroyed a nice pair of AS pedals riding with a bent springer. Really cool bike though, Ride On

    kiko'o (stretched) cruiser....new pics!

I dig the bikes and the background. I miss riding along the river on that train. Do they handle well on the brick streets in Old Sac?

    Analog Speedometer Question

You will never get an accurate reading either way. If you have ever used a digital speedometer, they have diferent settings for say 26 inch rims. a 26 by 1.5 tire will need to have a code entered that is different than a tire 26 by 1.75 and so on. Its really the tire size on the wheel that...

    Other Hobbies...

I have been collecting Marklin Maxi Trains since 2002. These are 1/32 scale tinplate trains made by Marklin from 1994 to 2004. Marklin made both American and European style engines and cars. Since my eventual plan is an indoor layout in my basement (next to my 16 bicycles) I went with mostly...

    building a frame with conduit??

In reference to building with conduit, There is a guy in the Denver Cruisers that built a long flat cruiser made from electrical conduit. I remember him saying the welding was pretty toxic so be sure to wear some protection. I believe there is a picture of his bike used as the main picture...

Any West Coast Chopper Bicycles Out There???

Sorry the tank, new seatpost, seat and original seat went with it. I did save the apes though

    The Ratster

One more thing, when you first try riding it, put on a pair of junky pedals, I wasted a pair of Schwinn AS pedals the first time I rode mine. After I learned the manuverabilty factors of the bike, it was too late for my nice pedals.

Any West Coast Chopper Bicycles Out There???

Today I let go of my West Coast Chopper. It was heavy, it was comfortable, but I traded straight across for an old Blue Schwinn Straight bar bike. It has white wheels with blue stripes, and a funky old seat. Definitely worth more than the $35.00 I paid for the chopper and will be a rewarding...

    The Ratster

Ive tried a bent springer like that with some apes and it wasnt actually too hard to ride. the only problem was ground clearance when leaning into a turn and also going up and down the sidewalk ramps at intersections. Very Cool bike to ride once you get used to it. Nice Job Buddy

    Solano County Choppers

I found this shop while googling board trackers, They sell a bike called the xcelsior. Its a whizzer engine and drivetrain build on a boardtrack style frame. They are also on Myspace.com. I wasnt sure of the legalities of posting their pictures or links but google will give you the info...

    Board tracker questions

I have been thinking about doing a board track style bike for some time. Some of the bikes on here are really amazing but it seems to me the seat is too low and too close to the crank. This seems to me it would make the bike not fit and would be unable to ride it. I build lots of bikes but...
