It looks identical to my 41 DX aside from color. My serial numbers also start with a H

I noticed also that old tires can make a bike a bear to pedal. On my DX I cleaned and lubed every bearing and chain. Still killed me to ride. Then finally giving up the looks of the old US royal tires for some new treads. Thing rides like new now.

I will also be attending although taking the Triumph.

Wanting to use period correct accessories to customize. What are some of the cool bike fads of 40-50s? Cards in spokes fox tails ? Etc ? And how did they originate? Love details like that on old bikes and cars

anyone know what this is? Was given to me by a friend appears to repainted as no badges and has vinyl pinstriping. Thank you. It does have the double small tube and triangle rack like I've seen on some bikes

Not sure if it matters to display but I noticed the flyer for this cruise states please no bicycles. Lame as cool old bikes and classics cars go together in my book. Id also like to attend but bringing my 41 but then being frowned upon would be a bummer. I'm sure the crowds would love them but...
