One inch, wide, motorcycle bars with one inch hand truck grips. Wide and so much cheaper than bike bars. Steel 7/8 levers pounded, pried, clamped to fit one inch bars. The steel quill spread a little to go around the bends in the one inch motorcycle bars.

Bigger cups for the springer fire pit brazed onto a road frame. Phosphoric acid etched to remove rust. Acid dipping revealed that the original springer springs were kaput. Schwinn Wizzer moto bike spring modified to replace the shot original springs.

My rat tank was a lot worse than yours. Mega dents and rust. I put it in white vinegar and pin holes and paper clip tip sized holes showed up. I removed about 90% of the dents with doilies and a body hammer and then put a layer of fiberglass inside. Bondo smoothed it out. It’s primed and ready...

The only way to fix this for the long term is to have the fork tube and head tube replaced by a frame maker. They can also do an alignment. This can be super expensive to reasonable. I use Frankenframe. He is hard to get ahold of. Great work reasonable. Specialize in restoration of high end...
