TRADITIONAL ☆☆Quasi-Motobike: ODDJOB AWARD WINNERS pg 20!☆☆

Very cool build. That lamp is great. I've seen them on ebay from time to time. The video came across my YouTube feed, so took a peek before catching up on the build. Would those have been fender mount, neck mount or handlebar mount? I'd vote for the handlebar and if that doesn't work move...

I've used Vee's 26x3.5 version. Pretty quiet compared to knobbies the same size. A bit bouncy. A full 2.5 to 3 inches taller in diameter than a 26x2.5 mounted on the same 26x100 hoops. Here is the axle height difference.

Thank You @OddJob. Here are the other two from OBC24s trike class. This green stretch, if I were from scratching this build or had a stretched micargi frame lying around, those would be close to my wanted dimensions.

Mike B said he stretched a 29x3 tire he got from Micargi on the front of that build. And 26x5s on the back.

If you attach them all in order you can click the insert multiple and put them all full size more easily than clicking just one.

Yah, they dont do anything except prop it up to keep the seat from tipping. The bolt just has to not turn.

Hehe, Yup, just needed to be coerced into cooperating. Thanks Tallbikeman. Those are some good looking bars as well. Great looking bike. Looks like a fun ride!

Have an issue with the seat pan that I'm trying to fix. Bolt tore out for the sissy. Can't remove the skin easily. May just throw the carriage bolt back in, take the hammer and Chisel and get it close, and stitch weld it all back together, with 30 minute gaps between zaps...

    UNLIMITED Hackarosa

One thing I've done in the situation without disc's is make a bracket for disc's. This one works on a 30s Roadmaster doublebar frame. One hole for the axle and another to go through another part of the dropout and bolt on. Then perhaps disc's will work on both sides on the back, without...

Mikes creation. Perpetua Without the body. Here's a wicked wayz with a 29x2.3 WTB front tire stretched on it. Another with 29 up front or all. Can't read the sizes

I'll be stretching some GT Smoothies that are 29x2.5 on the 80mm front. The trike I helped Mike Brittain with in March had 29x3 or 3.5 cruiser styled tires on the back of it. Not sure where he acquired them from. Will ask him and find out.

I've seen a few wide 29s on the front of some stretch cruisers in the last couple of years. When i got a chance to get a pair i jumped at it and it was a really good price. The front at 80mm should fit with a couple of spacers on the fork pivot (If needed).

@Wildcat these rear wheels are the wheels I picked when @LeMad Hatter posted in the interest thread looking for fat wheels. Front is a 29er I bought from Juan last year. Half of a 1 of 100 run.. Not in the current budget, but had picked.them up early. They have an odd hole count of 120...

Thanks Wildcat. The height of the head tube vs the upper fork tube length required it be flipped down to line up. It's going to be replaced. I want a 29er up front if I can. Still working out details. Same with the rear wheels. Will be taking the 24s off and 26s in their place. The wheel...

Yup 1" motorcycle apes. Thanks for having them 👍 Art Ramirez saw these on the old typhoon after I led a ride at the 2020 nOBC and said. "Those 1" bars are the bars all these other bikes with apes are trying to mimic!" I had told him I was considering a different set of bars on the bike...

Thanks. I appreciate the reply. In this case they really are leaning to the left . That springer is wore out. Been wrecked, bent, straightened, abused and beat up. Steerer tube isn't bent. The one i cut off the typhoon was bent. But the fork tubes are. Hence the lean. That's a really...

Loving the build so far. You picked the fork that I liked early on. Nice matching tank, love the seat. The moon disc is great. 👍 👍 almost 500 posts and already about at the halfway in the buildoff on track for 1000 posts.
