Started assembly. Every thing is going good so far. I had to clean out some heavy paint around the crank bearing races.

Yes I agree. I’m just figuring them out. 😆. I’m planning on doing a build with rear suspension (swing arm) and that would be great.

Assembly starts tomorrow and I need my bike stand back 😆. I’ve been cleaning the chrome on this formost (murry). Tire going back on for now and back to the build

Front wheel is painted. The chain guard needed fill primer due to putting. It should be done soon. I didn’t take the wheel apart to paint the rim. I taped off the center hub and then used liquid masking on the spokes and nipples. We will see how it worked tomorrow.

What’s a hub like that cost. I’m thinking of that for a future build

Got some color on her. Still need to spray the chain guard and front wheel.

Paint is looks great. Mine is ready to spray. I’ll spend my feee time cleaning up the chrome and metal pieces

The large hole for the cables??? It should be fine. It’s a cruise not a jumper. lol.

Cutting some holes

Doing some body filler over some heavy rust pits today and smoothing out the cut and weld top tube. Oh and cut holes for my brake and shift cables.

Yeah I found these. Thanks for the help. Now to drill some oblong holes. Time to get out the file set.

That is awesome. Where are the guides available at? Thanks for posting. I’m using a 20in frame my bends may be tight. But I’m think it will work with some fudging around
