I got the plates today from the cutter. I should have the fork tubes done by Monday and can drop off everything to the polishers. I ordered 20 sets of plates so I will be able to make more after these.

Progress Report I ordered the plates from the water jet cutter. About 2 weeks lead time on them. That will give me time to get the fork tube ends rounded, drilled and bent. Then off to polishing, back to welding, then clean up polishing.

Looks Good. Nice collection of parts to make a cool ride. I had a Spaceliner I flipped the fork like that. It was harder to ride but looked cool!

That rear rack with light is worth the 70 dollars.

It is 49 inches from back of back tire to front of front tire. Sears Spyder 20 inch is 53 inches. Frame from back to steering tube is about 31 inches. Very close to a 20 inch frame.

Here is the finished product. I am very happy with the results. I will change out the wheels to mo mfg when I find another good one. THE COOLEST MUSCLE BIKE NEVER BUILT

Got the paint on this bike. It came out really nice I think. Found some 16 inch 28h nos rims to build for it. I also found another one like this but older pre war model.
