I believe your bike is a 72 model. It is not a big collector bike. The money in the bike is the Cheater Slick tire, the chain guard, seat. The rest of the parts will bring some cash. I would say it is a 200 to 250 bike. Check Ebay completed listings for Cheater Slick tires for a shock.

They look better in a Rail frame I think. The different size and angle of the headtube changes the look. Here is the straight Top Fuelers on a Rail frame. I make a few different bicycle chopper forks. The top fueler forks on the bike in my avitar are 120 walled 3/4"tubing. I also use 065 wall tubing on shorter straight or slight curve forks. Those girder forks are really cool. Good Luck with the build

They all steer better then the Top Fuelers. The lowrider forks steer pretty good. I was surprised myself.
